How Pricing Works: Free, Written, Honest
No published price list — because no two projects are the same. Here’s exactly what happens instead.
1. We Come Look — Free
Call or send the form; we set a visit, usually within a few days. We measure, look at site conditions (grade, access, what’s behind the wall where we can see it), and talk about how you’ll actually use the finished project.
2. You Get a Written Estimate
Scope, materials, and the number — in writing. Where a choice matters (composite vs. treated decking, broom vs. stamped concrete), we’ll price the options so you can see the real gap instead of guessing.
3. The Number Holds
The estimate is what you pay unless you change the scope or we uncover something genuinely hidden — and if that happens, work pauses, you get a call, and you choose how to proceed. No creative invoicing, ever.
What Moves a Price
- Size and materials — square footage, decking type, concrete thickness, cabinet grade
- Site conditions — slope, access for trucks, soil, what the demo reveals
- Mechanicals — anything moving plumbing or adding circuits
- Finish level — paint-grade vs. stain-grade, standard vs. custom
Payment is simple: small jobs due on completion; larger projects on a written milestone draw schedule.
